Each accepted message to one batch of recipients counts once against your monthly allowance. Failed submissions that we reject up front do not count.

What happens if I hit my limit?
Sending pauses until the month resets or you move to a bigger plan - nothing is silently dropped, and your API gets a clear error your systems can handle.
Can I change plans?
Yes - upgrades and downgrades take effect from your console's Billing tab. Your history, domains, templates and credentials all stay put.
